What Do They Do? Dart is a global organisation with headquarters in the Cayman Islands. The Dart portfolio of companies is owned by Ken Dart and spans a range of industries including real estate, hospitality, retail, entertainment, finance and biotech.
Where Did You Work? I worked in Dart Labs, an internal research and development startup of Dart Enterprises whose sole purpose is to innovate and test new ideas and business strategies.
What Did I Do?- Designed and presented two UI/UX mockups in Figma for an app to improve customer relations.
- Led a team of five to implement a strategy to improve employees’ productivity and optimize office space use.
- Collaborated on the development of a business analytics product using Power BI for key stakeholders.

Where Did You Work? I worked in Dart Labs, an internal research and development startup of Dart Enterprises whose sole purpose is to innovate and test new ideas and business strategies.
What Did I Do?- Performed an options analysis on four potential suppliers for an urban innovation product.
- Became well-versed in the use of design thinking to solve complex problems and develop effective processes for implementing new products and services.
- Managed a bike-sharing initiative and completed research on new technologies that will be implemented this fall.

What Did I Do?- Trained with developers and technicians to manage the technological infrastructure of a large-scale company.
- Learnt how to deploy and manage a SQL enterprise server.
- Became proficient in IT troubleshooting across all departments with various levels of management.

Where Did You Work? I worked in Operational Accounting and Asset Management.
What Did I Do?- Led a team of six summer interns collecting data on Camana Bay, a vibrant mixed-use real estate venture, from its residents and tenants. The data was then analyzed, and the results were presented to executives.
- Organized and digitized 12 years of annual reports.
- Reviewed plans for future expansion.
